  • 1 cup Baby Spinach, frozen
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 125 ml cold water
  • 93 ml DanActive immunity dairy drink (any flavor)
  • 29 g vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)
  • 1 teaspoon maca (yellow powder)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
