  • melt butter, mix in cocoa powder.
  • mix together flour, flax seed, baking powder, sweet potato, and molasses.
  • mix together vanilla and instant coffee, add to cocoa mixture.
  • add cocoa mixture to flour mixture.
  • spoon into 8 x 8 greased baking dish, flatten surface.
  • bake at 350 degrees for 20 minute.
