- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄4 cup margarine
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 7 Splenda quick packs
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 cup rye flour (wheat will do)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 cup peanuts
directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350- degrees.
- 2. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
- 3. Mix well.
- 4. Shape dough or scoop with a cookie scooper so that each cookies stays the same size.
- 5. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
- 6. Press balls flat with fork.
- 7. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- 8. Cookies should not be too brown.
- 9. Remove from oven and allow to cool on cookie sheet for one minute, then remove to wire rack.
