ingredients

1 lb ground meat
1 large onion, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can carrots, drained
2 (15 ounce) cans green beans, drained
2 (15 ounce) cans corn, drained
2 (15 ounce) cans navy beans, drained
2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 cups water

directions

cook the pink out of the ground meat,crumbling it with a fork as it cooks.
put it into a 4 qt pot.
add everything else and simmer on low,overnight.
cool and portion and freeze.
