  • Mix together flour, sugar, coconut and rolled oats. Melt butter and golden syrup. Dissolve baking soda in the boiling water and add to butter and golden syrup. Stir butter mixture into the dry ingredients. Place level tablespoonfuls of mixture onto cold greased trays. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes or until golden. Makes 20.

Im a busy mum of three well four if you include my husband! Lol... I really enjoy cooking :) Main meals are my favourite, and i enjoy all types of food!! My girlfriend and i have made Mondays "Baking Day" where we bake together at her house and i really enjoy this experience of making new and yummy things to try as well as spending time with my best mate.
