Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 lbs round steaks (or any kind of meat you like)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 large baking potatoes
  • 4 -6 stalks celery
  • 4 -6 carrots
  • 2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans peas (Leseur is my favorite but you can use any brand)
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans French onion soup
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed golden mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Cut beef into cubes.
  2. Shake a little flour on the beef and cook in oil in a large pot till almost cooked through.
  3. Add the cans of soup.
  4. Chop up the rest of the vegetables and add to pot. Bring to a boil then let simmer for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours and veggies are tender.
  5. Add peas.
  6. Serve with a salad and cornbread.
