- 14 ounces shredded coleslaw mix (store bought bag is fine)
- 10 ounces shredded broccoli slaw mix (store bought bag is fine)
- 10 ounces julianne sliced carrots (store bought bag is fine)
- 1 cup light olive oil
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup raisins or 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1⁄4 cup Dijon mustard (no sugar added)
- 1⁄4 cup honey (raw)
- 1 large red onion, sliced into rings
- 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
directions
- In a large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, and honey until emulsified.
- Stir in salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, and garlic.
- Add all remaining ingredients and toss to cover.
- Chill and toss again before serving.
