  3. cut open the avocados and smash with a fork or dice with a knife.
  4. use a garlic press for the garlic.
  5. cut the jalapeno in half and take the seeds out of one half and dice.
  6. chop the cilantro.
  7. take the juice of 1/2 lime and squeeze all over.
  8. Add salt, pepper and hot sauce.
  9. Mix well.
