ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄3 cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 tablespoon paprika
- 1 dash smoked paprika
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking chicken
directions
- In a large, ziploc bag. Add all ingredients to 4 chicken breasts and marinade 2+ hours.
- Remove chicken from marinade, slice into thin strips. In olive oil, cook over medium-high heat in batches.
- You can add thin strips of onion or bell pepper to and sauté with the chicken.
