  • In medium bowl, combine molasses, oil, lime juice, chili powder, oregano leaves, chopped onion and minced garlic, mix well. Add steak; stir to coat. Cover; marinate 4-6 hours or overnight, stir occasionally.
  • In large skillet, stir-fry meat mixture 5 minutes or until brown.
  • To serve place meat on center of each tortilla; top with cheese, refried beans, tomatoes, lettuce , avocado and salsa. Roll up envelope fashion. Serve with sour cream.

  1. DH and I really enjoyed the flavor of the meat the marinade brought to it. A little bit of sweetness with a hint of the chili powder, made for a party in our mouths. (In our opinion!) I did add green pepper, tomato, and an onion while stir-frying the meat. Excellent recipe! Thanks for posting. We will be making these again!

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
