- Preheat fryer to 375°F.
- Cut tortillas into 4ths like a pie.
- Wrap falafel in tortillas.
- Deep fry till tortillas are golden (help the tortillas stay wrapped around the balls with a fork).
- Top with tomato, onion and parsley or cilantro, and serve with sour cream.

A single mom who grew up watching her own mother ( and Dad, and Grannie, and Uncle's, and Aunt's) in the kitchen, absorbing their techniques and recipes like a risotto absorbs stock and wine. Although, admittedly not as refined as a risotto... I'd describe my cooking as "Down home, family food with a decidedly southern, "comfort food" feel, accented with the new flavors and experiences I've had after leaving the nest."
