- 450 g chickpeas (cooked)
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 1 onion (peeled)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin (rounded)
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander (rounded)
- 2 tablespoons parsley (fresh chopped)
- black pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
directions
- mince onions and garlic put in a mixing bowl, grate or mash the chickpeas and add, together with remaining ingredinets apart from oil/.
- combine until it binds, take rounded desert spoonfuls of the mix, roll into balls in palm of hand. shallow fry in hot olive oil, drain on kitchen paper and serve warm with tatzkiki.
