Questions & Replies

  1. Do I cover he ribs to put in the oven?

  2. Why 210 degrees? Why not 200? I cook my ribs in a pellet smoker at 200 degrees for 8 and they turn out perfect.

  3. IF I put the ribs in the oven for the day, are they in a covered roaster? All this recipe says is put in the oven...

  4. Extremely delicious! Best ribs my wife and I have ever had. This is now one of our top favorites.

  5. I liked the flavor of this recipe and it was very tender. I would recommend that you watch the time. Mine got a little bit too dry on the edges, but otherwise they were delicious. Next time I will probably cook 1 hour less.

Tweaks

  1. WOW!! are these good! They really do fall off the bone. The house smelled "oh so good" for the whole day. This was real easy, just throw everything together and forget about it for hours. I tweeked mine a bit just like your Dad did. I used 1 tbls minced garlic instead of powder and 1 tsp of red pepper flakes. I like it hot! This is a make again recipe no doubt about it. Thanks, down south cook for posting this delicious recipe.
