  1. We make this recipe a lot - it's perfect for busy nights and a family on the go.

  2. This was really good, especially as a last-minute "I don't feel like having stir-fry after all" kind of dinner. I had to cook my chicken first because I had raw chicken out for dinner already. I shredded my carrot and a 1/4 head of cabbage, mostly because it was cheaper, and I used a lot less chicken. My kids weren't crazy about the wraps but loved the filling. We liked it too. If I have time I'll probably make proper moo shu pancakes, since the wraps weren't quite right to me.

  3. Delicious and sooooooo easy! Cooks up very quick with little effort. Made for PAC, Fall 2009.

  4. Very nice! I cut the recipe in 1/2 for 2 of us and still had plenty of leftovers. Served with fried rice and Japanese cucumber salad. I used left over grilled chicken. Thank you for sharing! Made for Unrated Asian Tag
