This was really good, especially as a last-minute "I don't feel like having stir-fry after all" kind of dinner. I had to cook my chicken first because I had raw chicken out for dinner already. I shredded my carrot and a 1/4 head of cabbage, mostly because it was cheaper, and I used a lot less chicken. My kids weren't crazy about the wraps but loved the filling. We liked it too. If I have time I'll probably make proper moo shu pancakes, since the wraps weren't quite right to me.
