  • Tear off 4 pieces of aluminum foil big enough to enclose each portion of ribs. Spray each piece of foil with vegetable cooking spray.
  • Brush the ribs liberally with barbeque sauce and place each portion in its own piece of foil. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Bake ribs wrapped tightly in the foil for 2 1/2 hours. Remove from foil, then top with a bit more sauce, then broil a couple of minutes.

My cooking experience began when I was a little girl. Momma would always call me to the kitchen when it was time to cook. I can remember sitting on the counter waiting to crack the eggs. I have always enjoyed cooking especially for my family. We have always centered our family gatherings around a "great meal". Thanksgiving and Christmas seem to be my favorite times of the year. Lots of family, friends and good, down home cookin'!!!! I am married to a wonderful man and have 3 loving children who really enjoy being my taste testers!! I am a nurse by day and "passionate chef" by night. Cooking is truely my passion. <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/Adopted1smp.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket">
