  1. Mix butter, sugar, and eggs.
  2. Add cocoa, vanilla, flour and salt.
  3. Grease bottom of 9x13 pan.
  4. Bake at 325 F for 30 to 40 minutes.
  5. Make frosting while brownies are in the oven by blending all ingredients.
  6. If the consistency is too runny, add more powdered sugar.
  7. Have frosting ready when brownies come out of the oven.
  8. Spread frosting over hot brownies.
  9. Allow to cool before cutting and eating!
