ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
12 ounces no-bean chili (Hormel)
8 ounces salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
shredded mozzarella cheese
Tostitos Scoops

directions

Spread cream cheese into the bottom and sides of a 9" pie plate. Pour chili into dish, followed by salsa. Put mozz cheese on top. Cook in oven on 350 until center is warm (15 minutes approx).
