  • Combine the olive oil, cream, egg, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, Dijon, dry mustard, and sugar in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
  • Shake to mix.
  • Add: hard cooked egg, olives, chives, parsley and capers and shake again.
  • Store leftovers in refrigerator.
