Directions

  1. Mix butter,, sugar and milk until warm (not hot).
  2. Add marshmallows and heat until they melt.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Remove from heat and add Hershey bar, chocolate chips and nuts.
  5. Stir until chocolate is dissolved.
  6. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan.
  7. Refreigerate until firm.
