Fantastic meatloaf w/ glaze

"This is a nice twist on meatloaf. We love this glaze! My boys argue over who gets the top part of the meatloaf...so they can eat extra glaze! <LOL> ENJOY!"

  • Mix all loaf ingredients thoroughly, and place into a 9x5" loaf pan.
  • Mix glaze ingredients together.
  • Spread over meatloaf.
  • Bake@ 350 for 60 minutes covered w/ foil - then 30-45 minutes uncovered, until browned throughout.

  1. I love a good meatloaf. Unfortunately, this recipe didn't do anything for me. The meat was nice and moist, but I would have preferred a more savory flavor, and the glaze was too sweet for my taste. If I were to make it again, I would add some salt, some Worcestershire sauce, and maybe a little yellow mustard to the meat, and I'd cut back on the brown sugar in the glaze.
