Fantastic Sweet and Sour Barbecue Meatballs

"These are from our church cookbook, and are incredibly delicious as a main dish served over hot, cooked rice. They also make wonderful sandwiches. The brown sugar amount for the sauce can be adjusted. Lately 2 and 1/4 c of brown sugar has become too sweet for me!"

  1. SO GOOD! Not a huge fan of it over rice, but on a hoagie with some provolone would be awesome. The liquid smoke makes this! A sweet, subtle bbq flavor. I cut down the brown sugar 1/4 cup. freezes beautifully. Thanks for an awesome recipe.
