  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • While pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and shallot and saute for 2 minutes. Add the chicken, wine, and tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add the drained cooked pasta, spinach, ricotta, and cream. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with Parmesan.

  1. I really liked this, and I loved the sauce...but I wanted more chicken! I was wary about the canned tomatoes, but they were still delicious along with the rest of the dish.
     
  2. Loved it! This is one of my favorite dishes and this recipe is particularly delicious. The ricotta and heavy cream give a nice richness to the sauce. I can't stop eating it!
