Directions

  1. Cook pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente.
  2. While pasta is cooking, combine remaining ingredients except Parmesan in a food processor and process for 30 seconds.
  3. (To release more flavor from basil leaves, place them in a small plastic bag and bruise with a meat mallet before adding to food processor).
  4. Drain pasta and toss with sauce in a serving bowl.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
