  1. Very good! I was looking for a fast pizza dough recipe. This was super - the dough was great to work with and made a tasty, soft crust. After mixing, I let it rest for about 10 minutes before spreading on the pizza stone. I will be using this recipe often! 12/29/07 - I just made this again for like the 20th time...this time I used 1/2 c milk and 1/2 c beer. Turned out great as usual!

  2. i followed the exact instructions and it turned out caky or like a crumbly cookie, without any chewy texture whatsoever. I used about 2 1/2 cups flour. I'm not sure what went wrong?!

  4. I make homemade pizza a lot from scratch but it is not often that my DH actually asks me about a recipe because he felt it was particularly good. However, this base did attract his attention. I found it very good to work with and it came together beautifully.
