“Everyone in my family and at church always asked my mom to make these for Easter. Sometimes she would put one green olive on/in each egg (but I don't like them so don't add them). I tried to search and haven't found any similar so thought I would add this.”

Directions

  1. Boil (or use an egg cooker which is amazing!), cool, and peel eggs.
  2. Cut eggs in half and take out yolks. Put yolks in a bowl and mash well.
  3. Add to bowl the mayo, salt and pepper, mix well. (Add more or less mayo to taste if you need.) Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
  4. Decorate with a dash of paprika and/or a green olive in the middle, if you wish!
