I made this recipe one night last week for mine and SO's dinner. And I did make a couple of changes to it, I left out the mushrooms (just a personal choice )used regular pasta instead of whole wheat. For the beans,I used the same amount of pinto beans that were leftover from another meal.I used the amounts of seasonings that were called for and regular tomato soup. But I ended up with an amount that would feed at least four,if not more. The taste for me was pretty bland. So, I don't think I will be making this again. Thanks for posting anyway and,"Keep Smiling :) "

These days, I am trying to eat a lot less meat. So, I am trying to have as many vegetarian recipes in the week as I can manage. I have started a blog - Weekend Carnivore where I blog about trying to eat a mostly vegetarian diet. I share a lot of my discovered recipes there. If I make one of your vegetarian recipes and I managed to take a good photo of it, chances are I will blog about it and tell everybody how much I enjoyed it.
