Fast Fry Pork Chops

"I'm adding this dish in response to the Eater's Digest article on 5 ingredients or less. This is so simple it doesn't seem to really be a recipe. It's also the only way my DH wants pork chops."

  • Generously sprinkle pork chops on both sides with garlic salt and freshly ground black pepper (or to taste).
  • Fry in small amount of oil until browned.
  • They can also be cooked on a grill with good results.

  4. I gave this recipe 4 stars. I love pork chops made this way. My ex-sister inlaws brother makes his pork chops just like this and I love them. This is my favorite way to have pork chops. The only difference is he fry's his in butter and seasons the chops with a bit of salt. These pork chops rock. Thanks for posting a yummy recipe. Christine (internetnut)
     
  5. Pure and simple and delicious. I was not sure what temperature so I went with medium high and high. These were really good served with some honey and cinnamon carrots and I bet they would be good with applesauce too!
