“I wanted a bedtime snack, so I decided to try these tonight. I didn't want the sugar, or the calories. And I was looking for something with higher fiber content. They are so moist but because there's no oils or butters in this recipe they did stick to the paper, but they're YUMMY and guilt free!”

  3. combine dry ingredients.
  4. add all other ingredients.
  5. mix well.
  6. put less than 1/4 cup batter in each cup.
