  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a 2-qt. baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Prepare the apples and put them in the baking dish.
  • Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Sprinkle over apples and bake 30-35 minutes.

  1. Delicious! I did make some modifications. I'm gluten free, so...., Used teff flour (had it on hand), reduced the brown sugar, and added coarsely chopped walnuts to the topping. I think the next time I make it I might add some ginger to the topping with the cinnamon, and maybe some plumped raisins to the filling; and then I'm trying to sub dates for my refined sugars - so I'm going to blitz up some dates and use those instead of the brown sugar. wish me luck!
