- 6 apples, peeled and sliced
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2⁄3 cup rolled oats
- 1⁄3 cup flour
- 2⁄3 cup brown sugar, packed
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a 2-qt. baking dish with cooking spray.
- Prepare the apples and put them in the baking dish.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Sprinkle over apples and bake 30-35 minutes.

Delicious! I did make some modifications. I'm gluten free, so...., Used teff flour (had it on hand), reduced the brown sugar, and added coarsely chopped walnuts to the topping. I think the next time I make it I might add some ginger to the topping with the cinnamon, and maybe some plumped raisins to the filling; and then I'm trying to sub dates for my refined sugars - so I'm going to blitz up some dates and use those instead of the brown sugar. wish me luck!
