ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
- 6 tablespoons skim milk
- 2 tablespoons water
directions
- Cut mayonnaise into flour until consistency is crumb-like.
- Add in milk and water, stirring until dough is formed.
- Drop or mold biscuits onto greased pan, and bake at 400 for 12 minutes.

Thank you SOOOOO much! I LOVE biscuits but, now that I'm dieting, I can't eat the full-flavor ones for a number of reasons. This recipe was perfect. Tasted like Bisquick drop biscuits. I used light mayo and 2% mill because that's what I had on hand but boy did they hit the spot! Thanks again for biscuits I can enjoy guitlessly.
