Directions

  1. Combine the first three ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Combine the other four ingredients in a seperate medium sized bowl.
  3. Then combine the dry mixture to the wet and stir until well combined.
  4. Drop by tablespoon full onto baking sheets.
  5. Place in a preheated (350 degrees) over for 12-14 minutes.
  6. Let cool on pan, then serve.
  7. *Keep note though -- you might want to spray your pan or use wax paper for the muffin tops will stick after they are done baking.
