Fat Free Strawberry Muffin Tops

"Who needs the muffin bottoms! Not me...so I made these little gems. They are kinda of a combination of a cookie but with the consistency of a muffin! Yummers! I hope you all enjoy!"

  • Combine the first three ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
  • Combine the other four ingredients in a seperate medium sized bowl.
  • Then combine the dry mixture to the wet and stir until well combined.
  • Drop by tablespoon full onto baking sheets.
  • Place in a preheated (350 degrees) over for 12-14 minutes.
  • Let cool on pan, then serve.
  • *Keep note though -- you might want to spray your pan or use wax paper for the muffin tops will stick after they are done baking.
