  • beat on high for around 4 minutes until stiff.
  • store in freezer or a chilled place.
  • makes 2 cups each serving is 2 tablespoons.

  1. I made this this morning and it was actually quite good. I am a whipped topping fanatic (as long as it's not Cool Whip), so it's nice to have a healthy, low-calorie alternative. The recipe is also on the side of the box of nonfat dry milk. Thanks!
     
  2. I'm so sorry but this was inedible for us. I made it as directed (using the optional lemon juice but without cocoa powder or vanilla or koolaid) and it tasted awful. Maybe those are mandatory?

So you will find that most of my recipes aren't very fattening but I try to make the as tasty as possible. I am trying to get better and I find that my faith in Jesus Christ helps me in all situations. <br /><br />An update 8 years later.&nbsp; I have completely overcome my eating disorder.&nbsp; I am now a mother of two little girls and love them to death!&nbsp; It is almost embarassing to look back at the recipes because I no longer worry about eating low-calorie and these recipes just look gross, lol.<br /> <br />Update: I am happily married now and I am doing much better with my eating disorder now thanks to him!</p>
