Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb firm tofu, frozen and then thawed
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 14 medium red onion, chopped
  • 1 small carrot, finely chopped
  • 12 cup soy mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Braggs liquid aminos or 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 12 teaspoon lemon juice or 12 teaspoon vinegar
  • 12-34 teaspoon kelp powder

Directions

  1. Thaw tofu, squeeze the excess moisture out and crumble it into small pieces.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the tofu, celery, onions, and carrot. Stir in the mayonnaise, Braggs (soy sauce), lemon juice, and kelp and mix together well.
