  • Over medium low heat combine first five ingredients in a medium sauce pan.
  • Tie whole cloves in cheese cloth submerge in cranberry mixture and bring to a slow boil.
  • Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
  • Remove lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • You can add the zest from one orange for an additional layer of flavor.

  1. Nice and easy to make. The orange juice, sugar and honey made it a little too sweet to use with meat. However, with yoghurt it is delicious. The cinnamon and cloves are faintly there, not overpowering which is good. I will, as said, use it with yoghurt, on and in a cake. To have it with meat (turkey or otherwise), well, then it should (in my taste) be a little tarter. Thanks for posting.
