Directions

  1. Soften cream cheese.
  2. Drain clams (reserve 2 tablespoons of juice) and add 2 tablespoons clam juice to cheese.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add minced clams, Tabasco sauce, seasonings, onion, and lemon juice.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Chill at least an hour.
  7. Serve with chips or Ritz crackers.
  8. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
