Favorite Grilled Chicken Marinade
"This is so easy and a long time favorite. I often freeze the chicken in the marinade in a ziplock bag to cook later with excellent results. Mixture can be doubled easily."

- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup melted margarine
- 1 envelope dried Italian salad dressing mix
- 4 -6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved
directions
- Blend lemon juice, margarine and dressing mix.
- Marinate chicken in mixture 4-24 hours and grill, basting with any remaining marinade.

This was good, but I was unsure what size envelope of Italian dressing mix to use. I used .6 ounces. Turned out fine. We grilled on a charcoal grill, and the flavors came through the charcoal taste nicely.
