ingredients
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 tablespoon dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1⁄4 cup ground flax seeds
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2⁄3 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
directions
- Add water, honey, salt, coconut oil and yeast to bread machine. Add remaining ingredients on top. Check the dough after a few minutes of mixing to make sure it's not too wet. Be sure not to add too much extra flour though, as this will make a very stiff dough and heavy bread. When the dough cycle is complete remove the dough, punch down and form into two loaves. Allow to rise until doubled in greased pans. Heat oven to 375 degrees and bake the loaves for 35 minutes.
