- 2 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 2 cups wild blueberries
directions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Combine egg, milk & oil.
- Add to dry ingredients, stir just until smooth.
- Add wild blueberries.
- Bake on hot griddle.
- Enjoy!
