  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray 2-9x13 casserole pans.
  3. Thaw spinach and drain well.
  4. Drain artichoke hearts and rough chop.
  5. Drain mushrooms.
  6. Mix all ingredients well.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
