  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 14 x 11 casserole dish.
  3. Spread the cornbread evenly in the dish.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle the ham or bacon over top, then spread the cheese evenly over that.
  6. Mix the remaining ingredients together.
  7. Pour over the top of the dish and allow to sit for about 15 minutes.
  8. Bake until set and puffed, about 30 minutes.
