ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1⁄4 cups milk
- 6 tablespoons oil
directions
- stir together flour, oats and baking powder -- add fruit.
- beat eggs, add milk, then oil.
- stir into dry ingredients.
- pour into 2 (8" or 9") greased square pans.
- bake at 375* for 20 minutes.
- let cool, then crumble and fill mesh bags, like onions bags.
- and hang outside for birds.
- squirrels love it as well.
- this is good to use leftover dried fruit that is a little past its prime -- .

I love cooking, and reading Christian fiction..I have 5 grandchildren..4 boys and 1 spoiled granddaughter...I also have a black cocker spaniel named Tobey..who is very spoiled..Love computer games, cross stitch and reading cookbooks..I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia almost a year ago, on September 26, 2005....was in an out of the hospital for 8 months, doing intensive chemo...I am doing well now, thanks for all the prayers...
