Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can red beans, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can wax beans, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can great northern beans, drained
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 12 cup chopped green pepper
  • 12 cup chopped red pepper
  • 12 cup chopped orange pepper
  • 12 cup chopped yellow pepper
  • 1 34 cups sugar
  • 1 12 cups vinegar
  • 34 cup oil

Directions

  1. Put first eleven ingredients into a big bowl.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Put the sugar and liquid ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  4. Mix liquid mixture into beans and veggies in bowl.
  5. Cover.
  6. Refrigerate over night.
