  • Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
  • Drain well and return to pan.
  • Add butter and cheese and toss lightly but rapidly until fettuccine is evenly coated.
  • Serve on heated plates and top with fresh-ground black pepper.

For fun I cook, drink and eat and lets not forget dancing. My favorite cookbook, New York times cookbook. I love to find recipes when I'm at a doctors appt. That's where all the magazines are with great recipes. Cats, my kids, shopping and going to clubs. If I had a month off I would do all the things I need to do like make doctors appts finish projects around the house and most of all RELAX!!!!!
