  1. 1.) Cut bacon into chunks.
  2. 2.) Fry until crisp.
  3. 3.) Drain off all but 2 tbsp bacon fat.
  4. 4.) Add cream and paprika, stir until combined.
  5. 5.) Place egg and egg yolk in a bowl with 1 oz of the cheesecheese whisk 'til combined.
  6. 6.) Cook fettucini in boiling salted water 10-12 minutes or until done.
  7. 7.) Drain, return to pot with butter until combined.
  8. 8.) Add bacon crem mixture, toss til combined.
  9. 9.) Add egg cheese mixture, toss 'til combined.
  10. 10.) Serve and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
