ingredients

1 bunch celery
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 tablespoon pepper
¹⁄₂ cup pecans

directions

Toast pecans on a cookie sheet on low (325°F oven) about 7-10 minutes. Do not burn!
Clean celery and chop into 2" long celery sticks (24 sticks).
Mix cottage cheese, pepper, and horseradish together.
Spoon about 1 Tbsp on each celery stick.
Sprinkle with toasted pecans.
