  • Toast pecans on a cookie sheet on low (325°F oven) about 7-10 minutes. Do not burn!
  • Clean celery and chop into 2" long celery sticks (24 sticks).
  • Mix cottage cheese, pepper, and horseradish together.
  • Spoon about 1 Tbsp on each celery stick.
  • Sprinkle with toasted pecans.
