  1. Very delicious recipe! However, it was really crying out for some basic seasonings to give it a little punch. As the dish was cooking, I sprinkled in some greek seasoning, salt, and pepper. And at the end, I crumbled in 4 pieces of bacon I fried earlier. Will keep in the regular rotation! Thanks!

  2. Great side dish. Directions for my non stick cookware advises not to use non stick spray on them and the recipe is fine without that step.

  3. Very good side dish...really enjoyed it, plus was quick to put together...a keeper...thanks for sharing.

  4. Very tasty. Used butter for the margarine. I also added abit of chopped jalapeno with the green/red peppers. Enjoyed the recipe, thanks for sharing.

  5. What a colorful addition to dinner! I had all the ingredients in my freezer so it was a breeze to cook up. I added salt and pepper to taste but other than that followed the recipe. Thanks for a beautiful, healthy side dish.

I love to cook. Since I quit smoking I have gained weight thus I am into low-fat recipes. The most important thing that I have learned is that if it is low-fat and has no taste why would you eat it. My goal is to have a cookbook filled with wonderful tasting recipes which are low-fat.
