“Great pasta salad that can be made meatless or with grilled chicken for a main dish. We love to put this in jars and take on out on the boat with us in the summertime!! Throw in anything extra your family likes in taco salads...our family doesn't care for the olives so I leave them out. Sometimes I add a little shredded cheese. Simple to make & good for kids and grown-ups!”

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta, cooked
  • 1 cup Catalina dressing
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can Mexican-style corn
  • 1 tablespoon Salad Supreme dry seasoning
  • 8 ounces grilled chicken breasts, chopped (optional)

Directions

  1. Drain cooked pasta and rinse with cold water til cool.
  2. Drain beans and corn and mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Add more salad dressing and salad supreme if desired.
