Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixer bowl.
  2. Beat at medium speed until blended, scraping the bowl, occasionally.
  3. Stir in cheese, onion and olives.
  4. Spread the mixture over 1 side of each of the tortillas; roll to enclose the filling.
  5. Chill, tightly wrapped in plastic wrap, for 2 hours.
  6. Cut into 3/4" pieces, just before serving.
