Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (14 ounce) can Swanson chicken broth (33% less Sodium Version)
  • 2 (10 ounce) cansrotel diced tomatoes with lime juice and cilantro
  • 2 (12 ounce) cansgreen giant southwestern style corn
  • 1 (12 1/2 ounce) cankirkland canned chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons dried chopped onions

Directions

  1. Heat Red Pepper and Tomato Soup in Pot.
  2. Stir in chicken broth, rotel, onions, and corn.
  3. Cook chicken in frying pan, minimal oil necessary.
  4. Heat to boil, add chicken.
  5. Serving Suggestion: 5 broken tortilla chips and a sprinkle of mexican shredded cheese.
